anyone encounter "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped." when making call? i encounter this problem after the latest firmware update... i can receive call but i got problem making calls... can anyone help me pls? cry.gif icon_question.gif

A modem reflash could help. If that doesn't help, then a factory reset should solve it. I'd try a modem reflash first since if that works, then you don't have to reinstall all the apps.

If you have a backup, then i would recommend that next after a modem reflash that doesn't solve it

Yes, i'm on stock rom. If i perform factory reset then all of my contacts and data will gone?

I've done factory reset but "com.adroid.phone" still stopped when i wan to make call or recieve call.... pls help...

nope...i'm not using these few apps...i encountered this problem after i update to the newest firmware...i think this is the bug doh.gif
