siyah not long to use, but ninpo i use now and very good one

yes, you want flash any kernel just flash over
no need do anything (backup, wipe anything bla bla bla)

just do a backup
then flash the zip
dun wan it then just restore back the backup
easy as 1 2 3
im on stock since stock kernel is proven btr

flash it using cwm recovery
but go backup your current one 1st
next time don't want then just replace the .apk file you backup just now and paste it back to replace the modify version (which in the .zip file)
