Seems like the 100% battery is resolved. No more showing 99% once charger is removed.

1st try at night shot using auto. OK la, not bad, the noise kind of minimum as it is auto ISO at 640.

This is G version camera. (rumors from Sony sensor).

lowering yr iso will only result in darker images.

this is because the hierarchy in selecting the settings for auto mode follows this path:

set shutter speed to maximum 1/17 sec > exposure not enough? > bump iso till desired exposure

hence, by manually setting yr iso, let's say iso 200 to reduce noise, yr image will come out darker by around 1.5 stops.

if u want lower noise with same exposure, switch to night mode in scene mode.

then the maximum shutter speed will be increased to 0.5 sec (careful handshake).

it's a phone camera with small sensor.. don't expect god result.. even digi cam oso very noisy. just try to shoot below ISO 800.

Shifted from stock browser to Google Chrome due to imperfections in the text reflow. Google chrome is indeed speedy in loading pages... but still way choppier when scrolling around especially when it just finishes loading the page. stock browser is buttery smooth... but

... aih. darn that text reflow. I'm switching back to stock browser any hoooo

Try dolphine browser

Tried Dolphin HD. Text reflow reacts the exact same way as stock browser. Don't get me wrong, Dolphin is smooth too (though stock seems to be a tad better) and has definitely TONNES more options than stock. But to me, smoothness is priority.

Opera? OKOK. I'll test it and see. I know the text reflow in Opera is one of it's selling points

I love Opera web browser, it is my main browser now. Love it superb smooth experience.

shiz~~~~! my Sandisk 64Gig card died, just 3 days i got it.

Just downloaded Opera Mobile and ran a few pages like youtube.com and engadget.com

Not even close compared to stock browser in terms of buttery smoothness. I remember this as similar when i tested it in my SGSII... I thought on the SGSIII quadcores will make it liquid smooth

but looks like it's the same. Back to stock browser.

Samsung, please return back good ol' GB text reflow style

ya loo, how to claim warranty?... hai...... sienz liao la.... macam ini.....luckily i managed to backup just before it died (after my phone tell me "card is damaged".... "save to unmount the card"....

then..... try to format... now the format windows hang........ then failed to format.
