Nope as the SA claims there is no Micro SD came with the car, probably a call to their Customer care might solve
the issue.

Beside the normal SD card there was no Micro SD card to be seen.
SA was searching around but could not find.

Yours came with two card right?

Really? I receive 1 SD card (something like ScanDisk) you mean the micro SD card is inside it.

you better check at the bottom side of the SD card there is a micro SD card inside
