It happened yesterday actually, stopped at the traffic light then suddenly this motor go whack the side of the right wheel arch of my car and he bulldoze the kancil butt in front of me. Damage is quite minor, just a dent + paint scrapped. RM200 shall fixed it. Me and the other guy try to ask him to compensate just a little bit of our damage since we see him quite kesian like that keep say he no money and his motor also buruk and can't start anymore and keep saying got car knock him so he lost control. (Don't really buy his story as that time standstill traffic, wonder how a car can knock him). End up I also lazy want argue, just let it go and drove off.

Too much hassle, that's why I also didn't bother to report police as the damage is not that serious. Furthermore, I doubt that fella will go and report police and you know in Malaysia.. You don't know whether the policeman side me not since it involve motorcyclist. Sekali I'm the one who kena saman.

well, report police to protect urself.. in case the other party (motorcyclist) said that u bang him and run away..
