If you're using 3G on iPhone/Smartphones, you could try tethering. That's what I did when my modem quota ran out. :3

Aww, I have 8 villagers now so I could invite him into my town.
I'll let you know when he's all boxed up? Hopefully by then you'll have a free spot. xD

If no one is taking him I think I want him.
I'm currently having a bug in my town where I can't get all 10 villagers.
I'm stuck at no.9 because there was a day where someone moved, and the next day, a camper moved in as well.
Hopefully if I could get one to break that glitch/bug

I just want to let someone have Genji soon so that I can continue my TT'ing. xD

Ahhh, the painful search for Knox... Q.Q

So far, my deals with others for him have been unfortunate.

First deal was successful, but due to DC probs, Knox didn't arrive. So, I decided to actively search him in other communities.

A said he'll inform me if his Knox is leaving. Which is gonna take forever.
B set an agreement, but accidentally TT'd Knox away. Kinda distrust him when I check his profile's low rating.
C agreed... an hour ago, he ended up giving Knox to someone else. >.>'

Finally made an agreement with D before I go to sleep last night. We're in different timezones, but her last message informed me that Knox is moving away and that she'll catch me tomorrow... When is her tomorrow!? O_O'

Praying for the best for D.

Erm, actually you can. You need to talk for like more than 70/80 times in order to invite him/her, as shared by other in belltree forums and i had tested it(my 10th villager is from other town's camp site which I just invite few days ago) Provided you had a free space in town of course
