You can easily get the designs online via Sable's Sewing Machine, but you have to talk to her often until she warms up to you in order to get it.

Once you scanned the QR Code, you'll get to save the designs into your design slot.

To put the tile down, you click the Pencil icon on top of your bottom screen, select the design you saved and Display on Ground.

Note that if you put your floor design down, and then save another design onto your old design in the future, the floor will follow your NEW design. Uhh, I hope it makes sense.

Wuuuuu, don't congratulate yet... Knox haven't arrive, now a bit worried. Coz after I talked to him in boxes at another town, Sprinkle was moving in. Now Sprinkle moved in, I have yet to seen him despite casting many spells. Plus after talking to him, my friend saved but we got disconnected for a short while. Dunno if he'll move in or not... Q_Q

Befriend them. Talk to them every day, run their errands, send nice long letters to them complete with gifts.

Oh, and if they ask for fruits, give them the Perfect version of it. It'll make them reaaaally happy and give you Pictures at times. That's how I got Coco's.

I usually give them furnitures (that I don't want) or clothing (if I hate their clothing). They sometimes wear the clothing you send. :3

Oh yeah, spam talk to them at least 8 times a day helps too~ *o*
