You need to create us club nintendo acc with USA address. The USA address can get from vpost.com..

After you create us club nintendo acc, u can log in to eshop from you 3ds. You need to buy nintendo prepaid card from sellers in lyn. Currently cheapest I found is rm75 for 20usd and rm185 for 50usd..

After reload the prepaid card, you can then purchase from nintendo eshop in your 3ds using your US acc.
