I would ideally recommend 2-3 sessions of slow steady state cardio, walking about 5-6km/h for 40 minutes per week.
It depends on your goals really. You don't lose plenty of fat from doing cardio honestly, but it will retain your muscle mass.
This is provided if you eat properly and lift weights regularly (at least 3 day split weekly). You will get muscle gains over time, aim to put on 3/4lb- 1lb of muscle per week if you are thinking of lean bulking.
When you are lifting weights you are burning calories also, just up the intensity.
No biggie if you don't want to do cardio, just try to keep to your macros.
Btw, your protein intake is insufficient.
