With iTunes, you can do wirelessly sync and transferring that meet your expectations. How sucks it could be then?

Wireless sync yes..but thats SYNCING..if i want to add an ADDITIONAL SINGLE music file, do i have to sync everything again?

exactly my point...suxxxx! lol

Nope, during the Synchronising process iTunes will compare what changes have been made between the iTunes and your idevices compares to the last time. If you just added a mp3 files to your itunes then just that particular file alone will sync to your iDevices.

Joelles was right. It was pretty easy job. If you cant cope with that few steps, i'm not sure what further choice you hav at the moment.

try ttplayer
can transfer music and even video and subtitle files via wifi
as long as same network can transfer from your computer just using any web browser, no need itunes
