our office allows casual clothes to be worn on fridays. my former office doesn't even care about dress codes lol heck i even used to wear jeans everyday back then. one of my colleagues even wears walking shorts almost everyday, to think it is an IT (SAP) company.

well that's the character developed by that company - to be free but still be able to deliver. the company still runs the same character until now.

when i was there during my 13 month stay there, i only saw very few clients (local and foreign) dropped by, and never a single notice of wearing business attire was sent out. even with foreign trainors / expats around, we don't give a sh1t about them as long as they don't give a sh1t about what we wear.
