First phase of resort-themed homes LakeClub ParkHome at Rawang sold out
The Star - First Phase Sold Out

Property developer DA Land was proud to announce recently that the first phase of its LakeClub ParkHome development in Rawang has sold out since its soft launch last December.

The first phase of the project, which spans 24 acres, consists of 222 units of two- and two-and-a-half storey-terraced homes. According to the developer, they were priced from RM280 to RM290 per sq ft.

A 2-storey 22′ x 75′ house with 2,511 sq ft built-up was sold from RM700,000, while a 2½ -storey 22′ x 75′ house with 3,570 sq ft built-up was sold from RM900,000.

“Among our target markets are those who live in Petaling Jaya, Bandar Utama and Taman Tun— which are considered the older townships that do not provide adequate security for residents,” says DA Land founder Derek Chew.

The gated and guarded development features a single central entrance point, perimeter security with anti-intruder mechanisms and round-the-clock patrols.

“By upgrading to LakeClub ParkHome, residents in established but older areas can liquidate a substantial portion of capital gains on their property and invest this to enhance their income or add to their retirement fund, at the same time moving to a bigger, more secure resort home,” pointed out Chew.

“LakeClub ParkHome is based on open living, which is reinforced by extensive landscaping and wide gardens behind most homes. The central park is within a short walking distance from all parts of the development, and there is even a full-featured clubhouse for the residents.”

The second and third phases being released soon to prospective buyers. This will then be followed by the fourth and final phase which is expected to be completed in 2017. In total, LakeClub ParkHome which spans 75 acres will have a gross development value of RM500 million. The resort home themed development incorporates a proposed international school and 11-acre central park among its list of amenities.

Boss, very tough to compare both.

Different location. Different developer and it's reputation. Different concept. Different locality. Different development.

BR vs Lakeclub
1900 acres township vs 60+ acres mini township ( the sizes speak it all )
GBI big township vs Gated & Guarded mini township
Top developer vs First timer developer
Higher density and more units vs lesser units and lower density
50 ft frontage and 10 ft back to back vs 50 ft frontage and 40 ft back to back with linear park
Non G&G and not sure whether it is F&G vs G&G
Requires at least 10 years to get matured vs required another 2-3 years to complete both Phases

Not easy to compare at all.

I paid a visit 2 months ago... They told they are building a show house unit? Anyone know is it completed or when?

With a show house unit, we can see the development in better judgement.... Also 1st first phase all sold out!? Without show unit viewing!?

Anyone knows whenis the next phase going launch!?
