Yesterday I paid for dining over RM100 but I didn’t receive any sms about this promo.

And just now I received sms as below, not sure yesterday transaction is entitled or not 🤔

yes confirm once per day.
i tried to swipe more than once then only receive one sms. then next day swipe rm100 again and receive the sms almost in instant.

Is the cashback credited? I read tnc mentioned within 8 weeks, but the sms mentioned within 2 days, but I have not receive the cashback for the sms received last week

Anyone got RM 8 credited yet? I've not gotten for any of my 3 swipes so I was wondering if the cashback is still available. 800k cashback capped at 48 per person sounds like alot.

17th (received SMS I got RM 8 and will be credited within 2 days)
19th (no SMS)
26th (no SMS)

RM8 x 3 has been credited on 31/1 for dining spent between 27/1 - 29/1

Charged SST. Called CS. 6x transactions within 30 days to offset.

Previous year or years, I got the rebate even while I was halfway with the 6x transactions. With MCO, rarely using this card. Will just load BP.
Anyway, card expiry is next year.

One of my fav card since 2013.
Gonna miss this card so so much since I dine out a lot. I don't think I can find any card that can replace straight forward 5% rebate without any minimum spend and other criterias.

I'm holding same set like yours. Wonder if they will still send a new Wise? Original Wise AF cannot be waived but new Wise with 3 years waiver, should I cancel my existing Wise and wait for new Wise?

HLB call agent told me there are 2 diff sms being sent out
1. like mine which didn't mentioned about replacement card - no new card will be sent to me
2. another one got mention about replacement card - the mentioned card will be sent to you

Mine is a little diff. It notify on the termination and inform that I would be getting the Wise card as replacement.

My one didn’t mentioned on replacement .. does that mean that they won’t send me WISE Card as replacement?

I’ve no other card now except MACH.. I’ve cancelled AA & Essential card last month..

Do you mean only those who received such sms offer will only entitles for free 3 years waiver ??

I thought all HL Mach cardholder will automatically entitled ??

My take is if those who hold other HL cards beside Mach, won't be getting any replacement since you'll still be their customer. But for those like me who only hold Mach from HL, they want to retain us as HL cust thus offering WISE with the 3 years free AF to entice us to stay.
