I didn't ask who is him but he is 1 of the HLB Mach PFC. I still remember how he look like, next visit I may able to check with him again.

Any info you have there? Can it be waived or not? I received SMS, my Mach Card is approved....
Oh thanks.

well.. do drop by.. i might also be there when you're there.. =D

best is to clarify with the PFC that told you what he told you.

Sounds like it is still a vague thing. If the cashback promo exist, there should be a clear statement along with any terms and condition. If it non-existance, then all agents or PFC should stop offering it. Make it simple for everyone  wink.gif

the black and white document you're looking for is the application form.
you can get it at the branches..

From your replies, you are just beating around the bush. Why the need to know the PFC name if the terms are clear and can be verifiedĀ  smile.gif
*
becoz if i know who's that PFC.. at least i can clarify with him what he promised his customer.
obviously we don't want to promise things we cant do

and i didn't say the gst cannot be waived.. i just need to know what he promised his customer..
from there we can at least know what can be done..
the best promises are done black and white from the application form. =D

Has anyone paid their bill before? I tried to pay using fund transfer via CIMB Clicks but error occurred. So can just pay by cash/cheque at Mach branch right? Btw, I do not have any saving/current account with Hong Leong Bank.

i agree.. they still haven sync other Internet banking to let you do payment to the Mach Card.. just voice it out at the customer service hotline..
or call the sales line.. someone should be able to assist you

my friend had more than 36k per annum but they still rejected the application.
not sure the reason but din owe any money and only hold 2 cards.
i think the 36k can have more thanĀ  2 cards is not valid anymore.
*
It's been awhile since i reply this post. sweat.gif

Anyways, just to give you a hint on how they process your card application
how many cards you can hold also depends on the credit limit you're currently granted.

as banks know your credit rating through CCRIS.
they will know your joint limit for all the banks combined
and there's a threshold one cannot over exceed..
credit limit would be at max around (X times) of your salary depending on your job position, tenure at work, and many other criterias

so if your friend has 2 cards but already giving him 15k credit limit together
chances are it would be harder for him to get approval than someone who has 2 credit cards with 10k limit

hope it answers your question
cheers!
