Understand fruitie noticed her Mach VISA expiry date is different from her current card. My mom just noticed the same thing too. Believe her new Mach VISA is also on the way but she did not receive any SMS regarding this. She did however receive an SMS about her new VISA Essential about two weeks ago.

Hi guys, how long does an online card payment from another takes for HLB?

For example, I used maybank2u IBG (with credit card number) to make the payment for my MACH card but not sure if they received the payment

I paid yesterday, but I assume that they should receive by 5PM today right? Actually my due date is mid June, but want to clear off in case I forget lol.

Just checked my connect page, still doesn't reflect any updates. Should I wait till tomorrow then?

Just received a new replacement card for MACH as part of their exercise to use Pin & Pay, there are some design changes (looks more classy now) and it also comes with Visa Paywave. For the Paywave, if the merchant has it just tell them that I want to use Paywave?

Btw, My UOB Card also sent on Snail Mail checked with CS they said, dah hantar keluar on 3/5 but only  today baru  sampai...

Yea snail mail, they should at least inform that they will be sending out new cards. If I didn't receive mine and I don't know about it, I won't even be calling them to inform of possible missing mail.

Question: I received my statement on the 18th of May, due 7th June 2016.

Paid off the outstanding amount but from the online portal (HLB Connect), it adds up the transaction after 18th May (makes sense) but the statement due date is still 7th June 2016.

Do I need to pay off all the outstanding amount (after 18th May onwards) before June 7th or do I wait for the next statement via email?

By right the online portal should update to the new billing cycle date, to avoid confusion for people like me lol

I mean if they don't mail it with a service that has a tracking number, they should inform of a new card that is on the way as snail mail has a higher possibility of it going missing. Also, my old card will be deactivated within 3 months from the date they issued the new card, it'll be inconvenient to find out that my card is no longer working after 3 months when I'm trying to make a transaction (that is if I never received the new card).

yah. u can see the antenna imprint too. too thin material used. won't last long till 2022 lol

i also havent receive mach new pin card...didnt receive and notification from them on this matter yet...hence i just ignore and continue swipe my current card

  But my wise card expiry date still 2020, no changed.
if they want to replace to pin & pay card, why don't replace all HL cards together? or is it HL conventional and HL Mach will send different time due to diff entity.

Same here. Some people thought it's a platinum card or some sort of black card 

dang. got charged right on the statement date. i'll see the next few days to see if it's reversed before calling.

just did. the fella will 'apply' for the waiver. dang. but it already appear in my monthly statement, guess i got to pay to avoid any finances charges although it will be reversed next month
