QUOTE(lipfung @ Apr 4 2016, 05:50 PM) If the document can reach the agent in 1 or 2 days time then I think it should be ok. My HLB Wise also needs original copy but she got her dispatch to collect my documents from my office.Been applying a few credit cards in the past, never before that I heard an agent need the original signature application form, this is the first time. So the normal process time is 1-2 weeks, ok thanks. Probably that's HLB's policy? |

I won't bother about all these calls and tell them I'm not interested, then politely hang up the call. This kind of protection is pretty useless, at least for me

Won this 30% dining cash back for my MACH.

QUOTE(unknown warrior @ May 20 2016, 09:49 AM) truth is, WISE card fits me better because at least it has petrol, only downside is, I need to make 10 transactions....this is what makes me think a bit whether will be inconvenient or not because there may be times I don't have anything to purchase. at the moment I already have Maybankard that gives me 5% no quota nothing only downside is I only get the cash rebate provided I use on Friday & Sat.... THAT is what cause me to rethink want to get other card. Haih...dilemma. I want to apply too. Maybank Ikhwan MasterCard only gives up to RM 50 which equals to RM 1k spending. I also have this card. |

I just noticed my card's expiry date is shown as 03/22 in Hong Leong Connect when my physical card that I'm holding is 03/20.
How about you guys? |

So frustrated calling HLB CS, keeps asking me to insert my telephone banking PIN which I have inserted and I only retain one set of no. for all my banks' telephone banking and keeps telling me wrong.
Fine, I inserted second time and still wrong. Can't it straight help to forward to CS? |

QUOTE(wan7075 @ May 23 2016, 06:39 PM) Yes, anything? Reply in this thread will be more appropriate.OK, managed to talk to their CS and my MACH card was sent out on 16th using snail mail, to my hometown address... Will ask my sister to check it out then. Anyway, regarding the telephone PIN, it actually ties to your registered contact no. It will only work if I use my mobile phone to call, I was using company's fixed no. to call just now. |

QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ May 23 2016, 09:48 PM) Didn't know this at all. For HSBC telebanking with PIN you can call from any phone number. But comparing the two HLB system while a bit of hassle but probably more secure this way Yes, I asked the CS just now. I also compared it with HSBC.I thought it ties to cards, rupa-rupanya ties to registered phone no. and their system only allows one no. |
