Although withdrawal at CIMB Thai ATM is free for CIMB MY customer, the rate isn't pretty. I got 10.61 thru the ATM, when the moneychanger in KL is selling around 10.51.
And while in Jakarta, for IDR 1mil - RM330, when moneychanger in KL is around 322.
And for comparison sake, I did a withdrawal of same amount using CIMB & Maybank ATM card at HSBC in HK, same time same machine. The conversion rate of Maybank is 1.5% lower than CIMB.
