I stayed there 4d3n in March. it was okay la. Clean enough for the price we paid. Best of all, the location is good. right in front there's a convenience store. but if u are going there for the first time, i don't think u would be able to find it. Its hidden in one of the back lanes.

Tuk tuk and taxi driver also don't really know where is it even if u give them the name card. Its quite useless. So we did was once we can recognise some familiar places, we would just walk back.
