Charater missing?, what should i do?

just now when i was playing, suddenly i getting a disconnect.
when i trying to login again, it bring me to create new charater page, i feel something wrong so i relogin again. it still bring me the same page, so i created a witch doctor. after that i saw theres gone all my charater except this level 1 witch doctor and left me with 0 gold. so what should i do???
