Don't mean to question your requirements, but usually netbooks (10.1" in size) will be too small for older people to see and use properly... perhaps you would want to go for those with larger size i.e. 14"?

Your point is correct. My dad always complain cant see properly. But because of the portability and cheap, he opted for the netbook. That y i'm asking wheter is there any laptop available that have the price range of netbook but bigfer screen size. I wanted to buy him a second hand larger screen laptop. But he doesnt trust second hand item. Anyway i think i'll go for the inspiron. Just a question The inspiron proc is it better than atom? Sorry i on mobile. To hassle to google proc benchlist..
