Both have almost the same spec. Personal preference  smile.gif

For me, the Inspiron series are abit less sturdy  sweat.gif

Sims 3 is not exactly very graphic demanding  sweat.gif
Bigger screen will have heavier weight.

Can try these:

Dell
Inspiron 14R (Special Edition), i5-3210M + Nvidia GT640M(28nm Kepler)@RM2199[2.38kg], 4GB, 500GB(7200rpm); backlit keyboard optional

HP
[Ultrabook] Envy4-1043TX/1053TX, i5-3317U + AMD HD7670M + [32GB mSATA + 500GB(5400rpm)]@RM2599[Beats][1.75kg], 4GB, W7HP
Pavilion G4-2006/2007/2008TX, i5-3210M + AMD HD7670M@RM2199[2.19kg], 4GB, 750GB(5400rpm), W7HP

These are 14" laptops. For 13", it is more expensive and not suitable for gaming. Same goes with Sony Vaio series  sweat.gif

thank you so much! i was just about to consider buying a vaio but from my previous vaio rclxub.gif it's good but always lagging.

14"
Acer
[Ultrabook] M5-481TG-53316G12, i5-3317U + Nvidia GT640M LE (28nm Kepler) + 128GB SSD@RM2899[1.85kg], 6GB, W7HP

1. Gadgetzone - BJC, Prangin Mall, Gurney, Queensbay
2. SwissPac

I prefer Gadgetzone though as the Techs there are more knowledgeable. You can probably contact Andrew (Gadgetzone Queensbay) at 017-4788006.

Just get a Lenovo Y480, and use the remaining money to throw in an SSD, extend/ upgrade warranty to 3 years on-site, and get an OS brows.gif

Gaming performance is dependent on GPU, not the CPU...
i7 won't help much unfortunately

Hello Doc! notworthy.gif notworthy.gif
If you're looking for a 13" notebook with insanely long battery life (and not too picky about the performance), then this one:
13"
Asus U32U-RX024v, AMD E-450 + AMD HD6320@RM1549[1.70kg], 8-cell battery, 2 years international warranty

Otherwise, these:
14"
Fujitsu LifeBook LH531, B950 + Nvidia G410M@RM1599, 2GB, 500GB, W7HB, colors: black/maroon/red *specs and price are abit outdated, it should be cheaper now~
Lenovo G470, B960 + Intel HD3000@RM1499, 2GB, 500GB, W7HP
Toshiba Satellite C640-1076U, B960 + Intel HD3000@RM1499, color: black, 2nd & 3rd year local limited warranty
