hi, all bro , i need your solution or advice for my bike 135lc  2007yrs. Above is my spec
62mm block piston,
28mm uma carb ,
uma high cam,
racing valve spring,
abm exhaust,

Because last week , i had change my valve and tepel. And now , my timming is high and low, the worst is after gear 4 end and pull the clutch , my bike will die suddenly.
untill now my foreman also cannot find a solution, this is first he handle this problem.

if you want performance for the lc the best you could do is to go for a standard modification. read my last recommendation. that's should be cheap....but don't dream the bike to be superfast. it just ease the engine to rev better than stock configuration....if youre lucky.

the best for performance would be changing to a bigger engine block, carb, some mechanicals parts, head and lastly a better cdi tunned by experienced pomen.

main problem with big bore block is durability. piston jem always happens. i would recom to go just for a genuine yamaha block only that's would be the fz150 block. made from same material as the lc but much more bigger bore (57mm) thus giving you a jump to 150cc. don't go crazy la to bigger engine like 62mm onwards. fast but tahan only 1 year. kalau kakai lenjan lagi cepat hancur.....

find a good pomen that able to give best settings.....your improve lc will last for the next 4 - 5 years - that's only if you don't lenjan hari-hari....imho

Guys, the stock coolant from new bike is red or blue? yesterday i got top up coolant they put red coolant one.(ori from yamaha)

jack up 5mm, crankcase lc max 5mm. 6mm have to porting abit or else will kena. gasket aluminium murah only.

yoshimura mana ada org pakai punya .... tu org kaya yang pakai .....  if std LC plug tm24 .... too small .. not syok ...

use those keihin , mikuni ... most common brand ...... 
dey ... carb la ... bukan paip ...

dia cari tempat cast head tu sekali nama dia jer .....  24-22 .... ni tuk org gila power + big bore ......

19-21 pun sedap main dah ... porting ikut spec .... + setting ... but cost cost cost $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ 

motor saya sudah 2 bulan tidur sana diam diam ....  malas nak repair dia ... tool pun xcomplete ......
