ori con rod can tahan 62mm.. waste money overhaul to change rod. unless u got no where to spend.
carb use 28mm should be ok

after change the broken gasket, seems like my bike become "semput". why ah? bcos of the carb? not skill enuf to adjust the carb...

carb gasket..? just check at bottom carb got wet like 'bpeluh' or not after ride...if yes then u not tighten it very well

if didnt change the con rod,dont think the built can last for 2 years..i major overhaul my bike every 30,000km..since i ride hi-rpm mode.. flex.gif

since u gonna do "major overhaul" every 30k why not test how much pressure can the ori rod stand. if it sounds weird before 30k u can have an early overhaul. biggrin.gif i raced weekends with 62mm and so far only valve kacau.

already 29,000km with 57mm block and it sound "longgar" already..

Bro, u talk to a guy who owns 2 ducati , KTM and BRembo Lc...XD Ya, ori rod can tahan till 62mm...but what i think is...It's design and using 54mm materials. Maybe can tahan 62mm for a short term but long term = 100% no way... And with the worst case is...Modify block more than 60mm and didn't change rod, the rod will maybe hit ur crackcase till pecah if u in a high rpm....Many Case already...

Bro, if rod haven't shaking...don't upgrade block first, after shaking the change block baru worth... Budak mental 1 almost 99k millage rod still in excellent condition....doh.gif
