btw, i went to harujuku on a Sunday afternoon..wanted to see some cosplayers fashion etc, but can only find like 5 person in costume in yoyogi park near the harajuku entrance.

nearby the harujuk station also don't see any people with those fashion..

what did i miss?? wrong place?

just wondering anyone got experience driving in japan? not city area but more remote areas of hokkaido.

i checked google and the driving time is long and it doesnt seem to have rest stop like malaysia highway to answer nature calls.

lastly, isit possible to sleep inside the rented car?

and on sleeping in car, its not like the whole night sleep inside.

more like the sunrise on 5:00am, i reach the place on maybe 3:30am, there is a 1hr 30min waiting time.

so thinking can park on the parking lot (i think its free cause the area quite remote) and sleep a while

the weather is one of our big worries. the AS group is going next month. forecasts is between 3-9 degrees for the duration...i hope it doesnt rain cos itinerary is mostly outdoors >.<

I plan to take from Ikebukuro station. The thing is, there are two types of train service to Seibu Chichibu (limited and express), but they said both same price?  Not sure it's true or not

Super explanation man. For the train fare, I think tourists can get discounted price with promo ticket. Can Suica be used for Seibu line? I only see Pasmo.

Planning to go free and easy with family KL -> Osaka -> Tokyo -> KL

But worrying about the transportation, saw the price of airport taxi is crazy, almost rm1000 to city. Will take limo bus but then have to worry about pulling many luggages thru streets/stations so will try book hotels that are within bus routes.

Last worry is how to move from osaka hotel to bullet train station and to tokyo hotel with kids and luggages in tow. Thinking maybe to use baggage transfer service from tour operators eg 3000 yen per luggage, anyone use before?

Any advice on how to move from overall airport - station - hotel ?
