How you guys think about the development of Z-Residence so far ???

The proposed Lai Meng school?
The 'rumour' new Jusco?
The development of LRT stations?
The competition from Kiara Residence?

For example my unit (1407sq), do you think can rent out RM2000 (partly-furnished) ???

And one question, for our property price (original), the price should follow the price before discount, instead of after discount, am I right ???

Any banker here know if we want to restructure the bank loan (increase the loan, increase repayment), what kind of fines we have to pay ???

Now TZ is already reaching 420psf comparatively. Guess ZR should be higher than this?
