Bro, based on the pic, the left circle, the new route which connects from BJ highway. Is this concrete info on the proposed road to be build?

If yes, it seems that BJ and BK is connecting with much more accessibility.

I am not sure the info how accurate it, but the info is come from BOUG management, since BOUG management so close with all 3 developer...so i believe them lor....

I dun know what is the final psf will sell by Exsim (maybe got change, due to current market trend), but have been told that

a) Freehold
b) The smaller unit will be bigger than the larger unit at BOUG (1465sf) (Bcos they are targeting B.OUG resident upgrade)
c) The price start for 500k++ (Maybe this price only for the BOUG resident)

Oso targeted to launch @ Q1/2013.

Yah, definitely, this piece of land, sandwiched by ZR 1136 units and KR1 360 units, facing Kesas Highway or directly Bkt OUG Condominium, very tough to rank this high density street of condos, and this Rainz 880 units condo should not sell even on par with TAz, the price of another heaven. Somemore this piece of land is cheaper compare to the land value of Treez and TAz.

TAz actually apart than facing next to Golf Club and located away from other condos such as KM1, actually also not so much great location to shout about.

Exsim better sell market this The Rainz nicely, bcz they are yet to complete any of their Treez, Leafz as well, so no banks would allow financing to their tight financial.

Anyhow, if RM 450 psf, it is really a good, cheap and affordable buy.

I saw ZR hang up banners 2 weeks ago. Seems like still have units open for sale..... those still wanna sapu can go check out....
