Same seating area for me. Gonna have a banner made. Hopefully able to hang it upQUOTE(Calvin Seak @ Jul 18 2012, 10:01 PM) I was wondering are cameras permitted in the stadium? Can we take pictures during the game? Because according to the emirates stadium "Cameras/Video cameras Cameras and video cameras are allowed to be brought into the Stadium but due to copyright laws they can not be used when players are on the pitch. This also includes the players warm up session." http://www.arsenal.com/news/emirates-stadi...general-queries Huhu T__T QUOTE(Azurues @ Jul 18 2012, 11:28 PM) When I was there, actually I saw a couple of DSLR cameras inside Emirates. DSLR are also allowed in Bukit Jalil, if you're bringing big ass lenses, just hide them properly in your bag and change when in your seatsQUOTE(The_Relic @ Jul 19 2012, 08:45 AM) howdy How many do you have?anyone going to the training on 23rd? i got a few extras...pm me, selling for only 15 per piece |

Malaga fail to pay players
Four complaints lodged with AFE QUOTE ![]() Malaga: Hoping to resolve the payment situation swiftly Malaga are negotiating a deal with their players after it was revealed that the club has not paid the squad up to 40 per cent of their wages. The Andalucian club were bought by Sheikh Abdullah Al-Thani from the Qatari Royal Family two years ago and finished fourth last season to qualify for the UEFA Champions League after significant investment in the squad. Despite the wealth behind the club's owners, AFE president Luis Rubiales has revealed that the players have not been paid 35 to 40 per cent of their salary. "I'm not speaking hypothetically. There is a situation of outstanding payments from 30th June. Currently the footballers are owed between 35% and 40% of their salary," he told Radio Marca. Four official complaints have been registered with the Spanish Footballer's Association (AFE) and the club are holding talks with the squad during pre-season training. Assurances Marketing and Development director Vicente Casado and sporting director Antonio Fernandez have received assurances that the complaints will not be upheld by the squad if the money is paid. A deal in principle is reported to be in place with the club agreeing to pay the outstanding amounts in two blocks with one this month and the other in November, and if that happens then the four complaints will be withdrawn. Representatives of the club's owners are set to visit but until then Casado has been the man speaking to the AFE to try and solve the problem. "He's the only person I have contact with," Rubiales continued. "He went to the trouble of speaking to us, willingly, trying to look for solutions. But there are other clubs that are also a concern." Santi Cazorla, Joris Mathijsen, Salomon Rondon and Ruud Van Nistelrooy were named in the Spanish press as those who had contacted the (AFE). However, a statement published on the club's official website on Wednesaday read: "Malaga football club would like to communicate that, at the expense of finalising the relevant administrative procedures, the players that had made a claim against the club have withdrawn it and agreed to a payment method that the rest of the first team squad had already agreed to." http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/7912466/ Underneath all of the big name signings and take over, the club failed to pay their player wages. Not all take over gonna be happy-ending story. Arsenal fan should be glad the club still have strict wage structure policy and self-sustainable. |

Wenger: Podolski and Giroud will play in Malaysia
QUOTE Arsene Wenger has hinted that Lukas Podolski and Olivier Giroud will feature against a Malaysia XI when Arsenal stop off in Kuala Lumpur on the first leg of the pre-season tour of Asia. Speaking to regional press ahead of the match at the National Stadium Bukit Jalil on Tuesday, the boss confirmed that both his new signings would be on the plane to the Far East this weekend. “The Malaysian fans are a pretty lucky bunch, I can say that much. “Not only will they be able to catch all their favourite players in action, they will also be the first in the world to watch our new signings Podolski and Giroud take to the pitch in the Arsenal jersey.” While Podolski may get playing time in Malaysia, it looks as though the German, along with compatriot Per Mertesacker, Bacary Sagna and Tomas Rosicky, will miss the friendly match in Hong Kong with Kitchee FC, after the club confirmed the quartet would leave the Asia tour to visit Nigeria. ![]() Source This post has been edited by queenc: Jul 19 2012, 09:13 PM |
