Rvp, nasri, cesc, clichy and adebayor were all supposed to took over after the invincibles left. And lets not forget about vela, eboue, denilson, almunia, senderos, flamini and hleb. All were once touted as direct replacement to the invincibles. All were gone already. With the selling of Rvp, i guess it's an acknowledgement by Arsene that those players were failed projects. And we still have song and wakcott that are waiting to be sell. These two also are part of the failed project.

Since last season, Arsene already bring in new players that will be his new project. Chambo, arteta, gervinho, merte and santos. These players combined with vermy, kos, sagna alongside our young players such as wilshere, ramsey, gibbs and szczesny, they will be Arsene's fourth and i guess final project to win the league. Add to that our new signings, santi, poldi and giroud, i believe we have the overall quality to challenge for honors, provided that all of them could stay fit for the whole season.

We already have the core: vermaelen, kos, wilshere, and szczesny. Up top, we'll see how poldi and giroud first season goes. Chambo and gervinho on the wings.gibbs and sagna as the wing backs. What we need now are players that could provide more depth toour squad.
