NM is not that hard anyway.. I remember using shit gears and pass NM easily. What class are you using anyway? Are you mistaken about your lvl..? Lvl 52 should be at Hell already

Post a screenshot of your gears. Lvl 52 cant pass through NM is serious bro. We are not talking about inferno yet

Nightmare, Wiz level 52, that is OP in Nightmare, usually people in Nightmare in mostly around level 30-34 in Act 1

y u put green stone on your chest armor?

Armor is normal stat only, not enuf to fend out melee attacker and especially the mini bosses and even elite pack.

go AH and shop for weapon.

Look for lvl 60 weapon with Reduced Level Requirement by 8.

Oh, and things to note:
- Venom Hydra is your best friend
- Venom Hydra's best friend is either Blizzard or Arcane Orb + Temporal Flux (pick 1).

always.. 3 slot on chest and 2 slot on pants.. movement speed for boot if u kite =)

Agreed! I also entered Hell when level 51. Can even die to zombies! Hahahahahaha!

When see elite pack, I run away real fast! Hahaha. Reminds me of playing my Hardcore character.. see anything remotely dangerous means running away!

From a glance :

Seems like armor, vit and dps is a tad low. I am still in Hell mode, but in Act 3 now. Depending on how much gold you have, here is some suggestion :

1. Get a better wand. Look for a item level 60 - 63, with reduce level requirement. Stats around Intelligence of 150-180, some vit would be nice, and around 500 dps.
2. Get an off-hand item, depending on your budget. A shield or source will work. If getting a source, look for something with 20-40 damage, some INT and VIT.

You may also want to replace some of those blue, look for some INT (primary), VIT (secondary) and STR (optional). Reason being INT boost your spell damage, VIT offer you a bigger health pool and STR gives you some resistance to damage. There is a few way to get your damage resistance up, one way is via STR and the other via itemizing +Resistance (usually itemizing this is a bit expensive).

You may also want to take a look at your skills. Passive like BLUR and TEMPORAL FLUX can help in your survivability.

How is your DPS right now, at level 52?

Just general pointer for DPS :
1. Normal mode - 600 to 1000 dps would get you done comfortably.
2. Nightmare mode - <10k dps (Think i completed with around there)
3. Hell mode - I am now at 21k dps, should be able to complete ACT 3 comfortably, probably ACT 4.
4. Inferno mode - No idea.... hahaha...

lol..im end nightmare on lvl50..how come u cant go through???

I played relying on drops all the way to Hell mode, and it was a "nightmare". pretty tough. Forced to visit AH in Hell mode due to difficulty.

then I started new character this time smarter a bit, even early game you can go AH get cheap <1,000 stuff. every once in a while go hunt for something to boost your performance.

even at 50+ you can get really good stuff at <5000 each. It's like every 5,000 gold you find, just go AH and get an upgrade. Life is easier that way.
