Hi bro. Yup.i bought my LG 60in LB6500 on last 8th Dec 2014. Although the post stated 3 working days delivery..but too bad that they delivered my tv and reached my house on 16th Dec 2014. At first, they said the tv was out of stock and wana refund the money to me.. luckily I kept on insisted I need the tv urgently. So they managed to get the tv from the supplier.

but worst part is - they are 4 items (accessories) stated in the post are not in my tv box..i am still chasing them until now.

yalo..sienz..i wont be the return customer again.
they still owe me 4 items (Bluetooth audio device, TV camera, bluetooth keyboard and mouse) and their explanation is content error. i totally cannot accept this kind of reason. I feel that cheated by them.
after few tele-communication, they decided to compensate me voucher RM150 for 4 items. (YES!!4 items missing just compensate me rm150 voucher)...i said come on la..what is RM150 voucher??just to close my mouth??

they just show their stupidity~!

Im disagreed with the compensation. I wrote email to them edi to ask them to give me fair compensation and not rm150 cash voucher.
*they canot deliver me the 4 missing items so just compensate me the voucher.
