My answer is much like what ellimist said: Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex. To me, she is sexy, very skillful in defeating her enemies and a clever tactician. I was amazed with her awesome manoeuvres when she fights hand-to-hand.
