1) The Three Goddesses : Urd, Belldandy and Skuld --> Personification of everyhing Feminine (Sexy, Sweet and Cute)

2) Yoko Nakajima of Juuni Kokki --> Like her transformation from obscure schoolgirl to headstrong woman leader of her country

3) Elle Ragu of Shadow Skill --> Strong, Powerful sometimes Funny and Muddleheaded

4) Kusajishi Yachiru of Bleach --> Vice Captain of 11th Shishigami Division...Extra Extra Kawaii and is Happy with life even Danger is around

That ALL I could think of...in fact too many, I watch lotsa Animes. But I would like to say Miaka of Fushigi Yuugi is not one on my list.
