does all the xbox 360 controller work the same or is the specific one for pc?

does this mean it supports all the game that can be played on windows?

and, if im using ps2 emulator to play ps2 games on pc, can this xbox360 controller be used?

Games for Windows mostly can be directly used by Xbox360 controller.
Older game you might need to download 3rd party software to configure the button mapping.

PS2 Emulator, yes you need to configure manually in the emulator game pad.

Yes, however some games you will need different configuration because the button mapping is different.
But only need 1 software, multiple configurations.
