QUOTE(del_Piero10 @ Jul 19 2012, 04:02 PM) don't go too cheap on your 1500 worth of phone. buy a good quality SP and casing. if not you will regret it if you got scratch or drop your phone. actually no need screen protector also can.SP will not effect touch sensitivity, not for my phone. my previous htc desire now my sister used already 2 years with no SP still no scratch. feel regret coz I bought a SP that cost me RM60. |

QUOTE(mtxx @ Jul 21 2012, 11:12 AM) i never though i would try an aokp rom. +1because i like samsung touch wiz stuff. but lately the long force close hang/delay is really pissing me off so went to find some other roms. CM9 is just so plain empty and feature deprived. so went to check aokp. turned out that ressurection remix rom is amazing! i hate the lock screen vibration on CM9, and aokp roms. but in ressurection remix can disable it with this simple mod http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...9&postcount=620 i need the diodict english dictionary, its free from samsung apps, so aokp and aosp dont have it. but in ressurection remix can choose samsung apps from aroma installer. i even got the touch widz task manager as well i rely heavily on touch wiz clock app. since it has count down timer function. guess what? theres a port for it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1639750 siyah doesn cause the stock battery history monitor to screw up like it does in sammy ics. wow...i just love this ressurection remix rom. no wonder it has close to 7millions views in xda. also, it has jellybean animations, when switch apps from recent apps, its silky smooth. there's nice option to add on screen buttons also. really not bad. love this rom so much, bye bye sammy rom! have been a fan of the ROM since hydrogenICS died |

QUOTE(delin @ Jul 23 2012, 01:04 PM) I have this one problem with inverted screen/inverted mode on the SGS2. I also have this problem sometimes when i wake the phone using home button.from what i have read, it is a features on ICS. The problem is in most of AOKP/AOSP based ROM (F1 Galaxy Nexus, Resurrection Remix, Pier's). the inverted screen will appear without warning. I have tried everything including pressing the middle button 4x. nothings works except to reboot the device. Can anyone explain what is happening and what to do? I have not found this problem with Sammy based ROM. U can revert back by settings>sgs2 settings>screen>negative mode>normal |

Nowadays g version have many custom rom.
And many of non g developer have jump ship to s3. So g version is not so bad. And cm9 in g version is better than the non g version. |

QUOTE(del_Piero10 @ Aug 2 2012, 01:20 PM) might need to check other stuff.. may be the best way is to load your last working nandroid back up and see what happen. i think maybe hardware faulty.but now after flashed with odin stuck at boot logo. already 5 minutes still not boot yet. although success when flashing. |
