Nah. He just got tired of people asking for this and that feature and reporting stuff without any logs. More importantly reporting bugs that got nothing to do with the kernel.  So he spent alot of time fixing problem he does not even experience.  So it's just not worth his time.

Used the phone naked since I bought my S2. No point using case if you are a careful user. I have never drop it. The phone is sleek without casing

Its actually very nice to use it without casing. I only use casing when i m at work.

My S2 just got run over by a car.
Phone still rings but obviously can't pick up the call as the LCD is smashed.
     

How much would it cost to replace it?
I was quoted RM500 by a shop.

Can almost buy a new used set with that money.

How much does it cost to replace at Samsung center?

Will I lose all the files and memory inside the phone?
