is it this bug just affect sammy based 4.0.4, where you cant use cwm.
because once use cwm then will brick,

usually keys and coins will not scratch gorilla glass. it is the sands in the pocket that can bring scratches to the screen.

I think you accidentally switched off the android logger in extweaks.. mine is same (sammy rom + siyah) but have the app usage % in battery page..
