Guys, is it normal if our battery drains 1% every few minutes during using WiFi or 3G data connection???

Guy's I got a few scratches on my S2 original housing case, is there any replacement for it????
I saw the black paint is coming off, cuz I can see the metallic silver color beneath the coating of the housing case.  |
