so as in right now,no kernel are suitable with cm10 or JB related rom la?so what kernel do you use?

So what are you trying to do? flash back to stock ker? backing up your file? etc...

Pier's rom is exactly like CM10. He does not do any changes. Just that he compile them later than the experimental codeworkx version so it may have newer changes. I hope he compiles one today.

Im still looking forward aosp jb base video lib codec whether can support video playback 29fps. Im lazy to convert and nowadays 29fps is common for hd video.

I think that is gonna take some time. hwcomposer is not defeated yet.

how long does it take to swap 1st rom and 2nd rom in siyah dual boot?

which is faster?
1. restore cwm backup of rom#2 into first rom
then restore cwm backup of rom#1 into second rom

2. use the swap rom1 with rom2 in dual boot options at siyah recovery

Kernel is Siyah v3.4.1

go to the first page,there are tips for battery saving,maybe you didnt tweak the brightness of your screen

i notice this long ago,
siyah kernal problem.
its not a big deal, just that it doesn display which app use how many % anymore.
happens to all samsung rom.

works fine on aosp and aokp roms.


you using JKAY mod?
that mod sometimes cause status bar clock to freeze.
means the time stuck at certain time and wont move anymore.
dont depend on that clock too much, see the clock at the lock screen.

My brightness settings slider is at 10% of the bar from left....I guess if I go full on maximum, maybe my phone battery will finish off in around 1 hour or more



So far, my status bar clock doesn't freeze is allright...could be Cache issues.

cannot blame siyah kernel lah.. mine siyah kernel, wanamlite rom.. don't have this problem.. still showing all the apps..
