1. semak dgn campro underpowered pastu problem itu ini
2. convert GSR or MIVEC...a 2nd hand engine with only God knows what problems lies within it...
3. dah convert dah tukar itu ini dah rasa mcm engine baru...goes rempit here n there n the 'new' engine bagi salam pengenalan...aircond problem itu problem alternator kaput here there...
4. after spending more than 10k give up and start to refurbish the engine and make it looks like its good to go and sell it to 2nd hand car shop n buy new car...
so in the end aku yg engine pecah 2 kali pon total overall cost maintenance lagi murah drpd convert engine...
so ur choice...kawan2 boleh bg opinion je

nak drill lubang dekat rim boleh...no matter how hard the built is mmg boleh buat lubang...kalo x boleh camna org boleh rebore engine? org boleh grind camshaft? org boleh potong crankshaft? org boleh skim flywheel? hanatr je engineering pandai2 la diorg buat...tapi bila dah drill tu isu ketahanan la kena amik kira...klo ko g potong crank ke block ke etc kita bole reinforce dia punya ketahanan...klo crank maybe kita boleh hantar untuk harden...klo blok maybe kita bole codgn double sleeve or etc etc tapi klo rim? ko dah drill satu hal pastu rim ni dia expose parts and direct contact dgn road surface etc...klo normal usage maybe la tahan klo jenis sakai?
pastu nk buat lubang new pcd kt rim bkan senang ko kene make sure lubang tu btol2 center n fit...salah drill tak ke lari dia pny rotation x pasal2 ko bawak kete mcm moto pakai tayar gelong...pastu kena amik kira balance dia etc...
adoi la...mmg la ko ckp nk tambah ilmu tapi boleh tak jgn tny soalan pelik2 ni...

the clutch is an Exedy Japan.
Dulu pakai 8" for gen2. Then tak sampai 5k km jalan, i dah upgrade to 8.5". Set ini jalan tak sampai 15k pun.
tapi masalah jugak. Lepas i balik dari Kl aritu, i tengok dustcover di gearbox tu, melted. no wonder i see something hanging there. I thought is besi melted. Means it was very hot that time already.
As for the clutch kaki, 3 is hardest, 6 boleh acceptable? i pun sebenarnya risau jugakmasalah jem dan kaki jem.
sebab kaki i dah disahkan bermasalah. Tendonitis ke apatah...i also dunno. Tapi kaki akan jem setelah duduk 5-10minit sahaja.
As for the engine part....i think give up also ler. Just incase next time engine kaboom, kita buat upgrade campro jer ler yer......masuk piston oversize, kasi grind head etc etc. kan kan kan????
