Kids these days very pondan... little bit pain straight away go complain to mommy. During my time... kena 5 stroke of 12mm thick rotan from HM for insulting a teacher. Pain for few days only. But worth it as the teacher was a b**** to begin with. She later got transferred out after hitting a VVIP son. HAHAHA!

the fundamental flaw in that article is that he compared us with the US. With the environment and economics being so different between the two countries, not to mention other factors such as culture, lifestyle, etc...these European studies cannot be used in our countries unless its conducted specifically in or for an Asian country.

nowadays, students got punished n parents will call lawyer. back in the old days parents will punish you after you have been punished by the teacher
