Exactly, David. That's why there is a new website launched a couple of days ago - Compare Life Insurance Malaysia . Here, people can ask questions and agents can respond more systematically via Q&A. And compare different insurance policies. And agents can contribute their knowledge to the comparison charts as well as with Q&A. Best part, agents can't hard sell - so it's not spam to users.
