hi guys i'm using Lumia 710 here. how do i actually check my postpaid usage? I'm using digi and the *128# command works perfectly on other phone. but when i use lumia 710 it takes a lot of time just to load the *128# menu and I can't even continue the selection (e.g. 1 for My Accounts, etc)

and when I use *128*1# it will just show "waiting phone.." then after 5 minutes it will say "phone fail" or something like this.

even when i use my hotlink prepaid to check for remaining $$ also same case happen. any solutions?

Edit: btw how do I download MMS from my friends? I just can't find anywhere to download the MMS settings. I went to a Nokia store nearby and they also no solution for me..
