Hello Windows Phone Legion.

I'm not sure if this is here already, but as we are all aware, Microsoft does not allow you to change the region of your billing e.g. if you happen to have a US account from 10 years ago and have it tied to your Microsoft services, you won't be able to use a Malaysian card for your Windows Phone purchases unless you use a different Windows Live ID, which defeats the purpose of having a unified account (theoretically. There may be some exception but that's beside the point).

This archaic restriction has been plaguing Microsoft's services for so many years. Please take a few seconds clicking "Vote" for this feature request, even if it does not concern you because who knows when it will hit you. Currently it is sitting at #19 on the front page of Windows Phone feature request page and we need all the votes we can get!
