the force update need timing... the right timing hit your device will pop up software update available... same like last time "Mango"
well, wondering why you all didn't straight go for custom?? because of spl lock?? can do downgrade right?? custom have more than official 7.8 , ask noorimanyosh he knew how's custom work!!!  best part is the market select tools enable us to select exclusive app from nokia market / htc market / LG market / samsung market. |

like i said, official 7.8 not much changes only the bigger tile with small tile. go for custom you will WOW!!!

transparency wallpaper has been discussed 2year ago under windowsphone7 thread.
