What's the problem with digi mms? Can't send the mms even setting was done. Anyone here have this issue?

you need data connection to send mms.

which one is better?? us marketplace or singapore marketplace or malaysia marketplace??

US gets the latest apps everytime especially Xbox LIVE titles, same goes to Singapore but probably slower behind. Meanwhile Malaysia Marketplace, it's still early stage, not all apps have updated their region so you won't see all the apps and the marketplace is in bahasa kebangsaan if you don't mind.

but after i hard reset last week..the alphabatic selection have gone..anyone know how to retrive it back??

the alphabetic selection only appear when you have reach certain amount of apps .
lets say u have 20 apps installed, then only it'll appear
