Hi guys... i've just encountered on last saturday a problem with the facebook update on Me tile.
Previously I've read that people complaining of its not updating facebook frequently / on time.
But this is different bcoz it wont even update anymore. Unless I reboot the phone, it will show only 1 latest new notification.
Is there anyone encountering the same problem? and is there any work around for it?

do you mean the notification setting in facebook?
if it is...I've make it (the other apps category) disabled as default.

if it is the facebook apps in windows phone.
at the push notification setting its already on "no push notifications"

Not the Facebook itself but the Facebook App that you've installed on your device. Head to the app and under settings ~> push notifications ~> set "no push notifications".

It tends to overwrite your default notification which embedded with your device.

Or perhaps there are other device that handles your facebook notification as well aside from your PC.

hurmm...I dont think there's other device. Well, I did unable to logout my facebook account (login only through internet browser) when using my friends ipad last 2 weeks. bcoz it always giving me "error" when trying to logout. but my friend already help me to logout after he rebooted the ipad.
I dont think its related...coz this problem only occurs to me last saturday.

are there by any chances, that you're using your device on wifi-only? Meanwhile, that you're surfing Facebook on your PC?

Nope... I'm on 3G data connection. And right now I' not using facebook on pc. But usually although I'm using Facebook on pc...its still gives me notification on the phone (not as new notification...but the list of existing notification is there)

Well, sometimes I do experience some "hiccups" on the Me tile, probably something to do with the connection in our region or perhaps timeout error on ms server side.

If possible, try doing a reset on your phone? Or perhaps checking your Account Sync settings if there's any attention needed.

anyone having problem to upgrade their Whatsapp to the latest version 2.8.0.0? my phone shows there is an update but it failed installed...

Nope, not having any problem. Uninstalling Whatsapp maybe?

I've read that if uninstall, cannot install back hahaha.. then I'll be without whatsapp.. seems like a legit issue as many around the globe also affected i just read... mine is Omnia 7 and Microsoft Translator also same couldn't get updated...

love the color tone and details on N8 but color seems to be more accurate on 900.

As for 808, the 41MP resize should be better when view on larger size, the shrink version just made the sharpness... "smudged". LOL
