Hi there~I want to ask, is it a hardware issue or an OS issue?

I've been using Lumia 900 for 1 month and a week,
so far it's a great phone and OS, love it,
yet I'm encounter an annoying problem,
it's about its Virtual Keys (All of them, Back, Win, Search)

1) There's a delay for about 1 sec after I unlock my phone (Slide up) at the virtual keys,
when I'm pressed, nothing respond (no vibrate).
Only after 1 sec, I can used the keys (can feel the vibrate).

2) The most annoying thing in the world - only happen during playing games. Every times I tap once the virtual keys,
it respond like I'm press-and-hold it.
So I can't tap "Back" while in game menus since the "Task Manager" will activated. If I tap "Win" keys, the speech will activated, and can't press "Back" to cancel the speech (the keys will not respond).

It become more worse, while I playing games, the keys will "press-its-own" the "Task Manager" or "Speech" will activated, even though at that time I didn't even touch my screen (It looks like ghost press it).

So, my question;
is it a hardware issue or an OS issue?

then I will hard reset my phone~
owwwhh need to download all Apps again~

took me to work on part time just to get this L900

after google 3 forum,
there's a fix to it,
to put a 'shielding' behind the screen~

got no aluminium foil as forum suggest,
I put a 'sandwich' masking tape,
so far problem no 1) solved

want to test tonight for games

ok hopefully it worked~

L900.. Apps baru semua buat kat WP8 ja

Haritu da unlock, tapi rupanya kat windows 8 ada step lain untuk install software unlock..
So kena unlock balik.
Tapi skang da lupa password Live ID tu
