Still cannot use *118# on WP7.8..

the USSD codes never worked on my WP7.5 (lumia900)

But *118*3*1*# works on my Mozart with WP7.5.

I haven't try with Mozart WP7.8 yet. I guess it'll work too.

Oh by the way, I've managed to update my Mozart to 7.8.

Very hard to update.

The correct way is what everyone have been saying last few pages.

Time it. If it takes 10s to show no update, you have to disconnect WiFi at 9s.

However, my PC take random time to show no update. That's why I take whole night to do 3 update.

And final update I can do it this morning.

I thought need 1 update.

But it need 4 update.

Disconnect wifi at 9s? I don't even need to do that, Plug in usb cable to my mozart, go to phone setting and check for update. There it goes officially available. No force push or anything, aside from cosmetic resizable tiles nothing is physically changed.

How i wish M$ to provide full wipe and upgrade to WP8 for our WP7 phones for free.

Those who updated to 7.8, can give u give some review of it..
Performance, feel or any significant changes..

What's that for?

Kinda like mid life facelift for your WP. The new home screen is drop dead gorgeous for me.

But the response kinda lag from the moment you touch the tile to the flip animation. Sometime takes up to 1 full freaking second!

Scrolling is smooth as before. Addition of Xbox Live to Malaysia region is really a plus for me too.

only official apps from WP lags when you click on it from the start screen, for example, message tile, people hub...
other non-official apps doesnt lag

Yeah.. Just noticed.. Viber, WhatsApp, Twitter all tap and launch. Xbox tile is the worst response..

Not sure why certain phone behave certain ways. LOL

Ask microsoft that, still all games falls under Games.

Btw, they didn't add that function to mark the photos u want to delete in bulk from phone.
They have the marking function in the email but not in photos. Urgh.

Yes. Phone quite hot when downloading game. Playing game also hot.

no such problem, using UC browser nowadays also no heating problems
