Hello all inspirians, if want to change the inspira rim to 18inch, need to change the suspension as well?

Guise, my car since like half year ago (which is right after the 1 year service), when low rev (like wanna move when green light, or after lepas speed bump) always got this kreek kreek sound. The sound is macam from the engine. After 1-2 seconds, the sound gone pulak. I asked the god Ah Yap cum Lead of Senior Automotive Engineer cum Motor Oil Master ALchemist cum Director of Aerodynamic Design cum Purple Bra Tester and Taster from Senaxis, he said the front suspension masuk water, so he removed the water, but the sound is still there... How...? Help...
Last time someone suggested to pump full tank with RON97, I haven try, veli sexpensive...

Need to listen to the sound.... i have same sound.. especially below 2k rev... usually say from 1k~2k, when suddenly tekan minyak hear a slight kreek kreek kreek.. suspect is engine knocking.... very obvious with BHP, Esso less... i didnt bother pump 3 tanks of 97 to see if it helps.
