Bro...in all honesty, i think you should stick to something cheaper, let's say something within RM60k. And RM 3k is after your Tax, EPF, SOCSO etc ?
Better to not strain yourself with high car instalments. As a yardstick, try to keep your monthly car instalments to within 20% of your nett salary. buying a car is one thing, maintaining it is another issue...FC, service costs, insurance & road tax etc.

You did mention abt getting a hse and getting married...both of which requires huge layouts and should be your first priority, especially the house. Work out the numbers and think about where you'll be, say, in about 5 - 8 yrs.

We all need cars to move around, especially in your line of work. So get something affordable...remember, a car is a depreciating asset.

thanks for clearly explanation len chai..currently im working as civil engineer and dont have any mommy cc or what ever u called it ..my commitment for a month is approximately around RM700 for a moment (hp/internet/parents/saving. etc) so got balance 2.3k..im planning to buy those car (Inspira/vios/fiesta/mazda2) for me working at klang valley (Kajang - PJ) area next year..

so as i mentioned above, i also planning to get married and house (when my salary reach 4k will consider about these)..so i want a new one except local made exclude inspira because of its engines (MIVEC - correct me if im wrong)..
